the weight start to move.  I would go on to lose more and again thought I can do this from home with the same results as before.  It was then that I realized that what was helping with my results was the accountability I felt going to the meetings each week.  I thought maybe it was just a coincidence until I saw the same things happening to one of my friends and my sister-in-law.  I loved Weight Watchers and would still be doing it today if they had not started changing the program every few years. the last time they changed it, it was so different from what I was doing that I was not losing any weight any longer.  When programs change to satisifiy people that is when you know you are not doing the right thing.  

   SO I found a new program and begin to see results AND NOTHING CHANGED except me!  Then I  knew I had come accross the correct program....infact this isn't a program at all BUT a lifestyle change. 

 

Please listen if you are doing a program right now that sends you food and you live off their food....YOU ARE DOING THE WRONG THING!  If you are doing a program that changes with people's opinions.....YOU ARE DOING THE WRONG PROGRAM!  If you are doing a program that requires you to take pills to lose the weight but tells you that you never have to change anything else... YOU ARE DOING THE WRONG THING!!

  The only thing you should be doing is eating healthier and move your body 30 minutes per day. 

->Can you lose without the exercise??  FOR SURE but you are only losing weight and not toning the body you have. 

->Can you lose weight without a mideset change?  FOR SURE but if you don't fix what was causing the problem in the first place you will only go back to what you did before.

->Can you lose weight without the accountability?  FOR SURE but you will come to find that if you are not accountable to someone you will sit at a stand still or fall back into old habits. 

  When you are ready to start your journey and you want to do it with someone.... I WILL BE THERE FOR YOU!
